Therefore, your exact charge may differ from visit to visit. We are committed to providing your family with the best care possible at an appropriate fee. If you should ever have a question regarding a charge, you may always contact our clinic.

 

Insurance/Managed Care Plans
We recognize that you have a choice in health insurance and that that choice may be exercised by you or your employer from time to time. In order to serve you family consistently, we accept most major insurance and managed care plans offered in the community. You may contact our clinic to find if  we participate in your plan.

If you should ever desire that we participate in a plan we do not currently, you are welcome to contact our office to discuss.
